Scott Sinclair Compares Moussa Dembele to Chelsea legend

Celtic winger Scott Sinclair has heaped the praise on striker Moussa Dembele by saying that the 20-year-old is comparable with Chelsea great Didier Drogba.


Regarded as one of the greatest strikers in the Premier League history, Drogba scored more than 150 goals for the blues in almost a decade at the club. He remains as the highest scoring African footballer in the league. Dembele is at the other end of his career. After being released by Fulham, he decided to join Scottish giants Celtic in the summer. It has been a hugely beneficial move, as Dembele has been able to take positive step in each month.

Kante Reveals Drogba Inspiration

Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has been a major factor behind the club once again challenging for the league title. The blues are the overwhelming favourites to win the Premier League this season after opening at a 10 point advantage over second placed Tottenham.

N’Golo Kante was one of the major signings for Chelsea in the summer. The blues spent £ 30 million in acquiring the French midfielder from Leicester City. Azpilicueta Names Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard as Idols

Chelsea right Cesar Azpilicueta says that he idolised Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard before he moved to the West London outfit in the summer of 2012.


Azpilicueta has become one of the important players at Chelsea, but few expected to achieve this status after costing only £ 7 million – a fraction of the fee paid to some of the top stars at Chelsea. Azpilicueta moved to the club in the summer of 2012 from Marseille. Since then, he has won every major honour apart from the Champions League. However, he has achieved success on the European stage in the form of the Europa League title.

A number of players coming in from French football were used to seeing the figure of Didier Drogba dominate the headlines. Drogba may be an Ivory Coast star, but he made his name at Marseille before coming to Chelsea for £ 24 million.
